RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PawHome™.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uncut, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging when applicable.

Because PawHome™ is a trim-to-fit product, items that have been cut, installed, used, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, contact us at [support email] with your order number, the email used for your order, and a brief description of the reason for your return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. PawHome™ is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support email].

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process above.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need another color or would like to place a new order, please contact us at [support email] before returning your item.
