PawHome™ currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are expected to arrive within 5–11 business days after the order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, high order volume, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for fulfillment shortly after they are placed.

Once an order has been fulfilled, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order change.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your order has shipped.
